With a tremendous amount of coordination and effort from our dedicated team at Challenger, and the ongoing support of Volvo, all of our impacted units from a recent steering shaft recall are now fully operational after receiving the necessary authorized repairs.  This was a proactive measure from Volvo and we took immediate action to take these units off the road.  Quickly acting to re-power shipments and utilizing the strength of our Logistics division, we were able to minimize the impact to our customers.

While this represented a small portion of Challenger’s large fleet, this is a North American wide situation that Volvo is managing through and we want to thank them for their efforts to help keep our fleet rolling.
