My name is Geoff Topping and I am the Director of Recruiting and Retention here at Challenger and my contribution to our Blog is going to be centered on People. At Challenger we believe people are the most important aspect of our business and we are constantly searching for ways to improve our culture and the people that make us an industry leader. I look forward to sharing with you stories about people in general as well as the people and the culture of Challenger.

I have been fortunate to have worked in the Transportation Industry for 25 years now and have had the opportunity to meet some wonderful people over that time. The transportation business is a people business and I look forward to sharing that with you.
