We have a lot to be proud of at Challenger and if you have been following this blog or our newsletter you will know that Challenger is on a journey from Good to Great and that we are putting People First. Last week we completed the second Phase of this journey by completing our Big Picture presentations at our BC Terminal. Since January 4th we have done 36 presentations at all of our locations on various days and shifts and the purpose of these presentations was to share the information we gathered during our discovery phase. In simple terms, the presentation was the following: “We asked, you spoke, we listened and here is what we are doing”. This presentation will also be made available online for any Challenger Driver or Employee who was not able to attend one of the presentations. We are committed to making Challenger the place to be for anyone who works in Transportation or Supply Chain. We have great facilities, great equipment and most important- great people.
