Challenger’s First Class Pillars

Since our humble beginnings in 1975, Challenger has been a transport company with a vision to the future. Started with a single truck and a young man willing to work hard to achieve what he knew could be possible, Challenger has grown into one of Canada’s largest privately owned transportation providers. Throughout all of this progress Challenger has always realized the value of our drivers and owner operators.

We would like to introduce a program that we have developed entitled First Class Driving Experience. This program has been designed to ensure that being a Challenger driver means having the best possible balance of work and lifestyle. The program is based on seven pillars, the basis of each are outlined below. Over the upcoming months, you will be seeing much more detail about First Class and what Challenger is doing to continue to be the company of choice for AZ drivers.
