Our NEW Online Tracking Portal is found at https://tracking.challenger.com Update your bookmarks with this new web address.

 

How do I create an account on the NEW Portal?

If you use Challenger’s 2016 Online Tracking already, it is simple to migrate your account to the NEW Portal. Simply log into the 2016 Portal HERE, and select the Migration Link at the top of the page. From there, you will log into the NEW Portal, validate your information, create a new password and enjoy all that the updated Portal can offer.

If you haven’t signed up for an Online Tracking Account yet, go to the NEW Portal and register a new account! We will no longer be accepting new account registrations to our 2016 Portal.

Will I lose my shipping history if I use the new Portal?

If you migrate your account from Challenger’s 2016 Online Tracking, all your shipping history will be available on the new platform.

 

How long will the 2016 Portal be active?

December 31^st, 2017 is the last day our 2016 Tracking Portal will be operational. You must migrate your account to the NEW Online Tracking Portal before this time, or you will need to go through the process of creating a new account.
